Fall Seasonal Tending
The earth begins to prepare to rest.
Our last harvests bloom and fruit. The winds breeze the trees bare and send us inside.
Fall is a looking glass, highlighting all that we have done well in our fertile, productive summer. We have been moving and doing so much with all that was available, now its time to discern what we'll harden off to take with us through the next cycle.
This seasonal tending practice follows that rhythm, supporting the liver and the body’s natural detoxification pathways with patience, nourishment, and respect for the pace of the body.
